Featuring 14 biodegradable teabags per box, this Your Tea range intends to gently balance and enhance wellbeing. The range is designed to be consumed as a ‘program’ over a space of 2 weeks – 1 tea in the AM and 1 tea in the PM until the box is complete.

From a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) perspective, the lack of energy swings back to the digestive system; where energy is intended to be derived from. When digestive health is poor, so is energy. This ENERGY blend does not contain any stimulants that cause a rise and peak in energy levels – as again, TCM goes to the root of the cause rather than a symptomatic and short term fix.

ENERGY makes use of cinnamon to warm and balance the digestive system which is further supported by Chen Pi. Siberian Ginseng is included as an adaptogen herb, which aims to naturally balance the body in times of overload.

ENERGY includes a base of Lu Cha (green tea) combined with the zesty fruit of Ning Meng (lemon). It is paired back with the Chen Pi (aged mandarin peel) which is useful for its anti-inflammatory properties.

About Your Tea

The Your Tea formulations have all been curated by Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners in Australia with the primary aim of gently influencing the body (Your Tea is a Melbourne born and bred company).

The tea blends are a combination of herbs and tea leaves. All of the tea ingredients are certified organic – as for the herbs, not all of the herbs are organic however they are all of a EU legislative standard (the highest standard of requirement to be met).

Note: consistency is the key with all of Your Tea blends. Ensuring that two per day are consumed (in the AM and PM) is important. Chinese medicinal principles work on the beauty of time. Time and repetition is needed to gradually heal and strengthen the body in order to achieve long term wellness, over a short term fix.

Preparation	Place filter bag in cup, pour hot water into cup - infuse for at least 5-8 minutes. Longer infusion releases fuller flavour and herbal benefits. Can be prepared and enjoyed as a hot or cold beverage. Store the box in a cool, dry place.
