Featuring 14 biodegradable teabags per box, this Your Tea range intends to gently balance and enhance wellbeing. The range is designed to be consumed as a ‘program’ over a space of 2 weeks – 1 tea in the AM and 1 tea in the PM until the box is complete.

From a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) perspective, our digestive system connects closely with our mood – with the gut often being referred to as the second brain. In order for emotions to be light, the digestive system must have the capacity to move stored emotions through and out of the body.

Hence this blend, aims to work on the digestive system to warm, soothe and encourage the digestive process. In addition and what makes it different to the Grumpy Gut blend, is that Happy contains some specific mood enhancing herbs such as Gou Qi and Ju Hua.

Happy includes the beautiful Mei Gui Hua (flower of rose) accompanied with warming Wu Long Cha (Oolong Tea). This blend is rounded out with zesty Ning Meng (lemon), invigorating Gou Qi (Fructus Lycii) and the leaf and stem of Hong Cha (Black Tea).

About Your Tea

The Your Tea formulations have all been curated by Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners in Australia with the primary aim of gently influencing the body (Your Tea is a Melbourne born and bred company).

The tea blends are a combination of herbs and tea leaves. All of the tea ingredients are certified organic – as for the herbs, not all of the herbs are organic however they are all of a EU legislative standard (the highest standard of requirement to be met).

Note: consistency is the key with all of Your Tea blends. Ensuring that two per day are consumed (in the AM and PM) is important. Chinese medicinal principles work on the beauty of time. Time and repetition is needed to gradually heal and strengthen the body in order to achieve long term wellness, over a short term fix.

Ingredients	Flos Chrysanthemi (Ju Hua), Fructus Lycii (Gou Qi), Oolong Tea (Wu Long Cha), Lemon (Ning Meng), Flos Rosae Rugosae (Mei Gui Hua), Black Tea (Hong Cha).
Preparation	Place filter bag in cup, pour hot water into cup - infuse for at least 5-8 minutes. Longer infusion releases fuller flavour and herbal benefits. Can be prepared and enjoyed as a hot or cold beverage. Store the box in a cool, dry place.
