The Monday Food Co began in Indi's kitchen, born out of a frustration at the lack of truly nourishing, readily available breakfast options. Using their backgrounds in naturopathy and raw food production, The Monday Food Co created a granola to sustain themselves throughout their busy days. Their holistic approach to health, and a strong belief that you really are what you eat, means they have taken things back to basis......  hand creating a 100% organic, gluten free, grain free and sugar free granola, which has been nutritionally based upon the paleo ethos.
